By any and all use of the website, databases, software, systems, tools, resources and processes you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions (the “Terms and Conditions”) and those listed now or in the future and without qualification or limitation. If you do not agree to such terms and conditions, you are not authorized to use the tools, resources, software, systems and processes.

Authorization to Use Information

Information transmitted through eConnect Accounts: The Inter-Connect site provides candidates, employees and client companies access to online account services. By creating an eConnect account, you authorize Inter-Connect to use all information transmitted through eConnect in accordance with standard business practices in the staffing and recruiting industry. This includes but is not limited to distributing information internally or externally for performance evaluation, referral, marketing of qualifications, payroll, database collection and other employment related purposes.
Information transmitted other than through eConnect: Any communication or material you transmit to the Site by electronic mail or otherwise, including any data, questions, comments, suggestions, or the like is, and will be treated as, non-confidential and non-proprietary. Anything you transmit or post may be used by Inter-Connect Employment Services or its affiliates for any purpose, including but not limited to reproduction, disclosure, transmission, publication, broadcast, and posting. Furthermore, Inter-Connect Employment Services is free to use any ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained in any communication you send to the Site for any purpose whatsoever, including but not limited to developing and marketing products using such information.

Data Security and Privacy

Inter-connect utilizes “reasonable” data security practices and procedures in connection with these systems and processes. Inter-connect may from time-to-time, without notice to any user, make changes to specifications and information systems, processes or product. Interconnect ASSUMES NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER AND Inter-connect DISCLAIMS ANY EXPRESS OR IMPLIED WARRANTY, relating to the provision and or use of such systems and processes by either authorized or unauthorized “users”. An authorized “user” is any client, candidate, employee or company representative using the system with the permission of Inter-Connect and according to these terms and conditions. An unauthorized user is any person or entity who has not been granted permission from Inter-Connect or has gained unauthorized access to the Inter-connect systems or processes. Should you use Inter-connect’s systems and processes or information products for any unauthorized application or in any way that results in a claim for damages or invasion of privacy interests, you shall indemnify and hold-harmless Inter-connect of unauthorized or wrongful application, whether or not Inter-was negligent in the design, maintenance or administration of a security practice of its system or processes.
Your use and browsing of the Site is at your risk. Neither Inter-Connect Employment Services nor any other party involved in creating, producing, or delivering the Site is liable for any direct, incidental, consequential, indirect, or punitive damages arising out of your access to, or use of, the Site.
