Inter-connect Employment Services is family owned and operated in collaboration with a team of dedicated professionals. It was founded nearly 20 years ago by Tim and Julie Bonansinga who from day one committed that their name would stand for high quality, integrity and trustworthy service. Inter-Connect is now one of a group of separate but integrated sourcing, recruiting, research, assessment, due diligence, and legal compliance firms.
Although significant changes have taken place in twenty years, fitting the “right” talent to each job remains the only real sustainable competitive advantage for companies. Still, many people don’t recognize the “real cost” of bad job placement for both candidates and business.
Inter-connect is designed specifically to meet the steep challenges of the employment industry. It’s method is built around the concept of using a small core group of experts who work hard to develop a deep understanding for the unique needs of each client and candidate. They then build custom solutions to solve those problems. This core team is further enhanced by using carefully chosen strategic alliances, joint ventures, and outsourcing relationships.
Our History As Prelude To Our Future
It is accepted that predictions for future performance are based on what you have accomplished. Since 1995, the Bonansinga team has built their reputation on a series of successes in challenging staffing and recruiting projects.
They earned the opportunity to create a spin-off company, “Industrial Workforce, ltd.”, to exclusively provide services to a heavy industrial client. Using their proprietary job analysis, the Bonansinga team custom built this company around their clients’ highly specific needs. Soon thereafter, Intelligence Concepts was formed to focus on research, analysis, trends, due diligence, and risk management. Currently, we are working to expand into high level pre-employment back-grounding.
Throughout the past 20 years, Inter-Connect has become an exclusive provider for multiple high growth clients while also gaining many opportunities to work on a project by project basis with a diverse set of companies. Inter-Connect’s own growth since 1995 has been calculated to meet evolution in the industry and client specifications. Moving forward, they plan to continually apply their deep expertise in innovative ways to further improve Inter-Connect’s value proposition.
